Serves 4 to 6 as a side dish
- 2 cucumbers, peeled and sliced
- 1 tomato, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- Combine the cucumbers and tomatoes in a serving bowl and sprinkle with salt.
- Stir in the yogurt and serve.
